If you haven’t yet hired an architect to design your home, you might consider working with a company that offers both design and build services to keep all the details of your project managed under one roof. Horta Builders will hire and manage all the design consultants including the architect, structural engineer, and other professionals involved. With this process, you would sign one master contract with Horta Builders allowing us to manage the entire process from schematic design to the construction and completion of your home.
Our focus is on efficiency, both in the finished product as well as in the process.
So while the final drawings are being completed, steps such as cost projections, engineering, construction work surveys and permitting occur simultaneously.
